Who doesn't love a good rainstorm...and who can resist jumping in those puddles?!?! I think I have pictures of all my kids at various ages jumping in rain puddles in front of the many houses we've lived in. Trevin enjoyed this so much he went through 2 sets of clothes.
After the first outfit was soaked through, he decided to go for the rain jacket and galloshes approach. The rain, however, wouldn't stay out of his boots so he took them off and made some more fun for himself:
"I think I'll just walk down here to this little raging river and fill up my boot."
"Careful now. Don't let any spill." (Love that look of determination!)
"I'm not wet enough yet--better unload the contents of this boot on my head." (notice that he took the hood off his head first)
"Oh, yeah, that was just as much fun as I thought it would be!"
We're headed to Georgia later this afternoon for a weekend of football fun....sure hope it doesn't rain on us!
