Let the kitchen remodel begin!
We took out the stove, hood, and refrigerator today in preparation for the new ones that will be arriving on Tuesday! Yay! Then Kelly got started on taking the countertops off and moving one of the cabinets over to accomodate our slightly larger stove. I'm sure this is going to be fun (positive thinking), right? :)

With any luck I'll only be without a stove til Tues. Last night we had pbjs, today it's soup in the crockpot. Tomorrow I promised the kids we'd order pizza. We have a HUGE (extra) refrigerator in our garage so we still have all our food plus a microwave and toaster so we're not in too bad of shape.....assuming that the stove will actually be hooked up on Tues. (there may be a problem with the wiring that requires an electrician but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Kelly can figure it all out). You all can stop worrying....it's not that bad. :)
Maybe not fun, per se, but definately worth it in the end, right?!!
