#3 is definitely my favorite.

I gotta say I love #3... the grin with the gaps and the tongue is just adorable!
I think I like #3, since it is a close up and shows those wonderful 7 year old teeth that are missing and her great smile. But yes #4 is very cute...

She's got a new front tooth!! How long has it been since I've seen you guys???? ~ way too long! Love those freckles, twinkle in her eyes and a face full of preciousness.
