Scary, exciting, lots of emotions in one ~ huh? VERY attractive house! As Sally would say, "surely it will sell quickly". . . best of luck to ya. I'll have to pass of your offer, however.
We finally sold our house after we put it on the market. I hope you have that much luck also. It seems that there are a lot of people buying this year compared to last year. We still have a lot of house still out there, but there are people buying. Margaret's house finally sold. Goodluck.
