As of last Thursday night we had a contract on our house here in Alabama. We close on July 18th. So last Friday we felt comfortable putting an offer on the house that we have fallen in love with in Chattanooga....and they accepted!!! We close the end of June. We were in Chattanooga on Friday and got to go see our new house again! We are all very excited (and at the same time sad to leave all our AL friends) and especially humbled by the way things have just fallen into place.
