10. I'm Thankful for...

a day at home. No work, no volunteer commitments. I went for a run in the cold (or shall I say, invigorating) morning air. I made granola, energy bars, peanut butter balls, and dinner! I vacuumed the entire house and got caught up on laundry. I removed ugly stains on my carpet. I got to chat with my visiting teachers for an hour about life. Oh, how I love a day at home!

Honestly, Jennifer, you are about the most productive person I know. You're amazing! :)

It would take me three weeks to accomplish all of that home alone ~ seriously, and then I would need to start all over 'cause the peanut butter balls would have been long gone . . . I am thankful that you had a productive day at home! Well deserved :>)

Have you shared that granola recipe? I can't seem to find it and I have been wanting to make some.
