a Saturday with nothing on the calendar (sooooo rare), a run with my hubby this morning, lunch with my favorite in-laws (who "kidnapped" our children last night and today), and my clean car.

Sounds like the perfect Saturday!! We had a day planned similarly, but Z came down with a fever to go with his cough. So we stayed home and napped and played video games and had pizza delivered. Still not bad for a Saturday of relaxing!
And yes, you should refrain from licking any computer screen!! No matter what is cooking!
