FaVoRiTeS

Since it's my FaVoRiTe time of year, I thought I'd share a few of my other FaVoRiTeS with you!

FaVoRiTe quote (at the moment): "If you treat an individual as he is, he will stay as he is; but if you treat him as if he were what he ought to be and could be, he will become what he ought to be and could be."--Goethe. Heard this in a sacrament meeting talk a few weeks ago and I had to track down the actual quote because I just loved it.

FaVoRiTe new snack:
I am IN LOVE with these tortilla chips I found at Sam's Club. I could eat the whole bag by myself (and that's a BIG bag!)
And paired with my new FaVoRiTe salsa....seriously, I don't know if I can restrain myself.
I found a new FaVoRiTe food blog recently--Annie's Eats. So far I've made the carrot cupcakes and the pumpkin cream cheese muffins...and there are many more on my "to try" list.

I may have posted this before but it bears repeating...here's my all time FaVoRiTe recipe for Ranch dressing. I've been making this for almost a year now and I can't buy the bottled stuff at the store anymore. Perfect for carrot dipping and on a turkey & cheese rollup.

My FaVoRiTe tv show is back...I DVR it on Tuesday night and then walk/run on the treadmill for 1 1/2 hrs. on Wednesday while I watch it. Every time I want to stop, I get inspired by all those amazing people and all their hard work. I personally don't think I would respond to Jillian's training techniques but boy would I ever love to have her body!

Back in August, Kim took pictures for the whole Meredith clan. Of course I had many FaVoRiTeS from the shoot, but my all-time FaVoRiTe is this one:
It says so much about the personalities of each one of Kelly's siblings and his parents (and their relationships with each other). I have it set as background on our desktop so I can look at it every day. :)

FaVoRiTe new use of technology: readthescriptures.com
Design your own scripture reading schedule and have it sent to your email inbox every day--brilliant! I am well on my way to finishing the Book of Mormon (in a total of 54 days) before Stake Conference next week. I've really enjoyed listening to the audio as I work around the house.

Who says that quote?

Those chips must be good, because this isn't the first time I've heard you mention them .:) And that salsa is AMAZING!!!! I could eat a whole jar in one sitting.

I'm burned out on BL, not sure why, but I couldn't get into it this season.

I love that family picture of us too. Trip's look cracks me up! And Mom and Dad looks are like "oh geez!" I know they love us all!

I love this post. Thank you!

I must try the chips, although I fear I may also become addicted. And you were at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter??!! My jealousy level is very high. Thanks for posting pictures so I could live vicariously. It looks so so fun.
