Ooooooh....it's my favorite time of year! Or is it? I never can decide which season I like best. Winter is definitely not my favorite, but I love the other 3: Spring with the fresh scents and new life, Summer with the hot sun on my skin, and Fall with the crispness in the air and the crunchiness underfoot. We enjoyed the morning playing and working outside and I've been playing with editing my pictures....
If you've ever wondered what my favorite shade of blue is, THIS is it (and I didn't edit this picture--this really was the color of the sky today)! There's just something about laying flat on your back and looking up at the green leaves against the blue, blue sky.....If I was a color, I would be this one!
Last week we had some mushrooms pop up in the front yard. I knew Kelly would get rid of them as soon as he saw them so I thought I'd better get some pictures quick.

We found some pretty acorns this morning at the park.
Pretty soon the leaves will be changing colors and it will be perfect weather for a hike. Oh, the beauty of nature in all of its seasons!

I hear the summer is almost over here and the best weather is coming. I can't wait to be able to get and do...without needing a shower after ten minutes outside! :}
