Kierstyn and her cousin M love to be the same. (I wonder where they learned that? Could it be from Kyler and M's brother, L who also like to be the same?!) That "sameness" usually manifests itself in the form of identical clothing but it sometimes has to even go as far as their hair. So today instead of making M's hair straight to match Kierstyn's (a much easier choice), they wanted to make Kierstyn's hair curly to match M's. Not an easy task for a straight-as-a-stick haired girl like Kierstyn (I should know--I have the same kind of hair.) It takes a lot of work to get Kierstyn's hair to curl in the first place, much less to actually stay curly for more than 10 minutes. Lucky for us M brought some "Princess Mousse" and that really seemed to do the trick! We used generous amounts of mousse (let me know how much I owe you, 'Kenz) on Kierstyn's wet hair, blowed it dry, put in some curlers, and wah-lah.......Kierstyn has curly hair! (I know I'm a little prejudiced, but I think she looks really cute!) And the best part is...it's STILL curly! 6 HOURS later! Amazing stuff, that Princess Mousse. They didn't have matching dresses to wear to church today but if one is wearing boots, then the other must wear boots, too. (Yes, McKenzie, I let your daughter wear those in public--I figured it could have been worse.)

I am so glad the "Princess Mousse" worked for Kierstyn. Love the boots. Whatever makes them happy!!
I totally meant to tell you at church how cute she looked! Love the curls :)
What great models we have in the family. I will have to get some of that "Princess Mousse" for my stick straight hair little girl.
I have never seen such funky curlers. What are they?
Emma's hair is the same way, I need to find some Princess Mousse! :) Curls always make a girl feel fancy!
She looks precious!!!
Yeah, I need some of that mousse for my curly wannabes too.
