Unplugged

Well I announced to the kids first thing this morning that we were going to go "Unplugged" until Saturday (not even a full week!). That means no computer and no tv. All of them (and me too) could easily live without the tv but the computer is another story. Some of them took it better than others. Trevin was the one who repeated the phrase "...but I'm booooooored" about 25 times in the first hour but after that I didn't hear any complaints. It was a rainy day so they played out in the rain/mud for awhile and entertained themselves all day inside. I, of course, had special "Mom priveleges" which included limited use of the computer (hey, I had to check on a few things) and it was amazing how much more productive I was without the computer sucking my time.
