Our Weekend

Four of us ran the Frozen 5K for Haiti on Saturday morning. Fun! (Kyler went to a school carnival with a friend.) Thankfully, it's wasn't too frozen at all and the imminent rain and storms even held off so it was a perfect morning for a run.
The rest of the day was spent relaxing--Jen reading, kids playing outside, Kelly napping. :) I re-read The Hunger Games last week and had to go get the next one in the series. Excited for the movie!
Then we watched this cute movie.

Of course Sunday was the SUPER BOWL. None of us really cared who won but Kierstyn cracked us all up by squeeeeeeezing into this old Patriots cheerleading outfit she dug out of the dress up box. She seriously wore this for Halloween when she was like 3. Ok, maybe 5. But still...The best part was the fun "snacks" that qualified as dinner. Our menu:
Trevin even helped make our football whoopee pies.

What is it with the Meredith genes and wanting to squeeze into clothes much too small?? And I'm talking about the kids, not the adults. :) She is too funny.

Love the football whoopie pies! And you have one very cute assistant. :)
