What fun! We headed to one of our very favorite spots for some Memorial Day fun and a picnic. This is the place where my car died last year....which as I pointed out yesterday was actually one of the best things that has ever happened--because we found this spot! As always, the kids loved climbing on the rocks,
taking a dip in the water,
skipping rocks,
building a dam with Dad, and eating watermelon

Looks like you all had a good time - I can't tell you haw many times we have passed through your neck of the woods in the last few weeks but always too late (or early in some cases) of the day to give you a call. Miss you friend!
